To create a ticket, complete the following:
1. Select TICKETS from the Top Bar or Navigation Menu.
2. Click the + button.
3. Select the appropriate property from the Property drop down menu.
4. Enter the appropriate unit in the Unit Search Bar.
5. Select all ticket tags that apply to the issue.
6. Enter an appropriate title and description.
7. (Optional) Click Select Images to upload any images of the issue. In the Vilio mobile application, you can also choose to tap Take Photo to take a photo and upload it.
8. Check the I CONSENT checkbox.
9. Click CREATE.
