This article covers how to refund a transaction with Siris.
To refund a transaction, complete the following:
1. Log into Siris.
2. Click the Main menu button in the bottom left corner.
3. Click Transactions.
4. Select the transaction you would like to refund. You can search by the client name in the top right corner, or change the date in the top left corner.
5. Click the arrow in the item information window.
6. Click Refund > Yes.
7. Verify the amount to be refunded.
8. Select the type of refund.
9. Follow the onscreen prompts based on the type of refund you have selected if applicable.
10. Click Ok.
